Terms of Service

By creating an account or using the Service, you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Age. You must be at least 18 years old and have authority to bind yourself or your business.

Account security. Provide accurate details when you register and keep your sign-in secure. You are responsible for all activity in your account. Tell us at support@linkassist.ai if you suspect misuse.

Restrictions. You can't use the Service where local law forbids it or if you are on any sanctions list.

LinkAssist lets you draft and manage LinkedIn posts, comments, campaigns and related content. It may connect to third-party services you choose, such as LinkedIn. We may add, change or remove features at any time, and we'll notify you of material changes.

• Send spam or bulk unsolicited messages.
• Post or generate illegal, harmful or infringing content.
• Try to bypass rate limits or security controls, or access our source code.
• Copy, modify or host the Service for others without permission.
• Scrape LinkedIn or other sites, or break their terms.
• Misuse personal data collected through the Service.

You own your content. You own your prompts, inputs and outputs. You give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host and process that content to run the Service and meet legal duties. We do not use your content to train public models. We may use anonymised usage data to improve the Service. If you opt in to share prompts or outputs for product improvement, you can opt out later.

We own the Service. We own the Service, software, design and branding. You get a limited, non-transferable, revocable license to use it under these Terms. Do not reverse engineer, copy or create derivative works.

AI outputs can be inaccurate, incomplete, biased or unsafe if used without care. Review all AI-generated content before you post it.

Model providers. We use third-party model providers, including Anthropic, OpenAI and Google. Their terms may also apply to you.

Content filtering. We may filter or block content that breaks these Terms or the law.

If you connect LinkedIn or any other service, its terms and privacy rules apply. We are not responsible for third-party services or changes they make.

Cancellation. You may cancel at any time from your account's billing settings or by email. The Service stays available until the end of the current billing period.

We may apply usage caps, rate limits, storage limits or throttling to keep the Service stable for everyone. We may suspend or restrict accounts that exceed fair use or abuse the Service. Repeated violations may result in permanent termination.

We process personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

Your responsibilities. You must follow Indian data laws, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, when you upload or process personal data. You are the data fiduciary for end-user data you bring to the Service.

No system is fully secure. You are responsible for secure use of your account and devices.

Your rights. You may cancel at any time from your account or by email to support@linkassist.ai.

Our rights. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, do not pay fees, or if required by law.

After termination. Your access ends. We handle your data under our retention policy: a 30-day grace period, then permanent deletion.

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not promise any specific results, uptime, or that outputs will be accurate or fit for a purpose.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or punitive damages. Our total liability for all claims in a 12-month period will not exceed the fees you paid for the Service in that period.

You will defend and indemnify us from claims and losses arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your breach of these Terms or the law. We will notify you promptly, let you run the defence, and help if you cover reasonable costs.

You must follow the LinkedIn User Agreement, its API rules, and any rate limits or posting rules. LinkAssist is not affiliated with LinkedIn or Microsoft. If LinkedIn or any platform restricts your account, that is outside our control and we are not responsible.

We may update these Terms. For important changes we will notify you in the app or by email at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use means you accept the updated Terms. If you disagree, you may cancel before the changes take effect.

Force majeure. Neither of us owes damages for events we can't control, such as outages, disasters or war. Duties pause during the event. If it lasts 30 days, either side may cancel and we refund unused fees.

Assignment. LinkAssist may transfer this agreement to an affiliate or buyer with 30 days' notice. You may transfer it only with our written consent, which we won't unreasonably withhold.

Severability and no waiver. If a clause is invalid, the rest still stands. Not enforcing a right once doesn't waive it later.

Export and sanctions. You confirm you are not barred from using the Service under Indian law or applicable sanctions rules, and you will not use it in violation of export controls.

Publicity and feedback. We may use your name and logo on our customer lists and site unless you opt out by email. We may use feedback you give without restriction or payment.

Beta and trial features. Beta or trial features are for testing, may change or stop at any time, and are provided without warranties.
